Staff Hiring suggestions

I just got through the staff hiring in the off-season, and it seems VERY flawed to me. Here are my suggestions

1. Make a "Staff Free Agents" list. I wouldn't have fired my crappy special teams coach if I knew that all of the other available ST coaches suck even more. We should know a complete list of who's out there.

2. Show us more! We get to see their ratings in development and such, but we can't see performance or special skills? I don't want to get stuck with a guy with performance of 1.

3. It doesn't appear that anyone leaves without being fired. This seems a bit unrealistic. For example, I have Singletary and Martz, and I would expect them to leave at some point for a HC job. But under the system ( I could be wrong here) I can keep them pretty much as long as I want.

These are just my ideas to improve a great game.

Re: Staff Hiring suggestions

Coach personality has a lot to do with whether they'll leave. There are some guys who will definitely jump ship if you have a couple of good years and they start getting built up.
