Coach Rating Dropping

I have a question. I am the 49ers and moved Mike Singleterry into my DC role, where he was rated 99. During the season, I added upgraded one of his special skills and his rating dropped to 87. Anyone else have this happen or know what is going on?

I don't know but don't watch that closely. I do know that you seem to be rewarded more for regular skills than special skills in coach rating.

I think is because he was rated 99 at his old position, now he droped because of the new position/more responsibilty.

It doesn't seem to recalculate the rating until you buy something.

That is 100% what it is, for some reason it doesn't recalulate until you purchase new skills but it makes sense asa LB coach he has just the LB special skills and skills, now as DC it's everything and his skills are not built up in those areas.

This has happened to me many times, with Singletart and Rivera.

It's not a glitch it just should be re-calculated earlier.
