(Trainers ratings could be hard coded so a simple update may not work. Just an idea.)
Unfortunately, I could only update rosters and depth charts in this roster update.

I wouldn't think there will be a patch unless the injury bug turns out to be a real bug that needs fixing. There has been no commitment to make a patch to fix the other "design" issues that people don't like. None of them are game killers IMO, although it would be nice if they could be patched.
You're not going to see a 2 minute drill patch. But you should see a patch to fix bugs that are found. And the injury thing is most definitely a bug. Even if it IS the trainers, it needs fixed because the entire league stops working (related to injuries) when it strikes. I think it's just a question of finding out WHY it's happening. Some bugs are just a bitch to find.

Re: Bill Abner's first Head Coach Impressions

Getting this game in just over an hour, I'm stoked.

I have a question, sorry if it seems pushy, but I'm just wondering.

Will the rosters be available for download for those of us who get it a midnight? It is not a big deal at all, just means I might go to bed before 5 am if they aren't released until tomorrow.

Thanks

Any chance we can get a breakdown of what is being updated in the roster update?

Yes. I kept a quick list of any time I changed a player's ratings. It's 22 pages in MS Word!

I didn't write down all the transactions, but I covered any player movement or retirements that have happened over the last two months.

How'd you format it, 28 ft bold?

Just foolin' around with you, Josh. Are you going to be posting that Word doc?

Yes. I'll post it in a separate thread once we release the update.

And it was in 12 normal. That's how many changes I made.

Re: Bill Abner's first Head Coach Impressions

Just notice you can edit the CPU team's players (positions, numbers) this is hugh for me!

loving the game beside the fact it looks like I will have to buy a gold account just to download rosters

Edit- wat happened to the PA annoucer???
I kno I heard him in the demo vids posted before, I remember Josh said they lowered him but I got it at maxed and I still barley hear him....that would add more to the presentation while playing
