Josh... tell me you'll be staying with the Head Coach team, and help me out into getting on this team? I want to work on HC2011!

The only question that I haven't seen answered is do players progress and regress properly? .....and if a player keeps getting injured will he lose some attributes permanently and never get them back even After he is able to play again?

Josh has said that there aren't career ending injuries in the Madden sense, where a 24 year old RB tears his knee up and he just quits and starts working at UPS or something. It's more like real life, where the injury might take a year and half to heal and his overall will drop to 60, forcing him to retire because he sits on the free agent list for two years.

Just as in real life, players rarely choose to retire because of injury. They are just kinda forced to retire because no one will pick them up, ala Shaun Alexander. Although he might have a year left.

Last I read from the devs was that career ending injuries were not in, but player can be injured for up to 2 years.
