Hey Josh is there another one of those Cribb's head injury on a diving board outtakes that really make you laugh? Maybe one that you can share like your favorite.

A guy has to be at 100% healthwise to be active for a game?

Yea that is what I got from his post. So no rushing a guy back. I'm guessing the NFL had something to do with that.

It seems that is yes and no.

If he suffers a serious injury he needs to be 100% ready before he can play again. If a guy gets dinged up then he will be listed as probable, questionable, etc. and you can play them or sit them.

I think that's how it works.

Hey Bill, any idea when you'll be updating the blog? I'm getting really antsy to read more about it.

Hey Bill, just read the update on your blog - really sorry to hear about things..keep your chin up and also of those close to you. Been great reading your comments about HC these past few days and we look forward to your return as and when.

Yeah....

That wasn't bill. That was todd whose going out of town. The blog is done by two people. Todd even referenced Bill by name. Bill will continue to update I hope. And I will continue to wear out my refresh button.

Re: Bill Abner's first Head Coach Impressions

So Bill is 5 days into the game with no glaring issues and the devs are making instant fixes to the game (such as increasing FG power?) Somebody pinch me, am I dreaming or what? These guys are as good as Roogames Second and Ten (a text based football sim.) This kind of support is remarkable for such a large corporation as EA. The only other time I can remember this support coming from EA was in the late 90's when they treated forum posters as employees who could help them with their product. The result? Some great Madden years but of course the connection was lost and it's good to see it coming back.

Apologies.

Don't feel bad because I felt the same - kind of like when the power goes out in the house right in the middle of Monday Night Football. The lights came back on when I did a double take and realized it was Todd's post.

I felt bad for Todd though and my sympathies as well.
