Another question:

I'm about to start week 1, and a few players were hurt during preseason. One is Kellen Winslow. It's gameday and I need to pick my Inactives. I check Winslow's health status and he's at 90% or something like that. His injured leg is just an off shade of green so he looks ok. I can't seem to activate him. Or are injuries handled so that they need to be 100% recovered before they can get back in? It would be a week early for him to come back based on the initial injury report, but he looks good to go.

And I appreciate you guys reading the blog. If we had put advertising on it we'd be swimming in green!
Have you checked the injury screen? He might be a day or two away from returning. Players will return automatically from injuries so you don't need to activate them necessarily.

So I take it if there is a big game coming up, and one of your star players happens to only be at 80 or 90% due to an injury, you can't take a risk and try to play them anyways? Not a big deal really, but it would be cool if you could send them out there for the big game with a big risk/reward, as they could either help out, or get hurt even more seriously.

I love how up until the last minute you are trying to make this game even better and are listening to Bill's thoughts. Kudos to you.

The nut and the feisty weasel has been updated for anyone who didn't notice it. Just checked like 30 seconds ago.

Seriously the only thing they could not fit in this year to make this game the best ever is online leagues.

One other thing: If we could get the stats and game play by plays actually emailed to us so we could put them into a spreadsheet, that would rule. I like to look at some unconventional stats. An option in game to have everything actually emailed to you would be sweet. Then you could use gmail or whatever to search through all your stuff.

Yea online leagues would be amazing. But the amount of info to send back and forth at all times. Jeez I don't even know how you would approach that. So much stuff to take into account.

Great idea, but this year you have to wait until he heals.

Yea, it's not like teams fake the injury reports. Patriots, hey quick question Josh. Will we always see Tom Brady on the injury report as probable with a shoulder injury. I love when Bill Belichik says at a press conference. "We have the injury report for you guys, Tom Brady probable with a shoulder" Makes me laugh everytime. IF not this is a game killer for me . LOL

Good one but that logic is even too complicated for us!

Yea, I suppose no one can figure out that guy. So we can't fudge up the injury reports. Lol, man why can't it be the 12th already. I'm so happy that I got the 12th off. I'll just be paying for it later.
