Just a couple of things I noticed. All of your awareness ratings are VERY low. Awareness may be the most important attribute in the game.

Seniors should have at least at 75 AWR rating in D2 Juniors should be atleast a 70, Sophomores 62, and FR probably a 55. It effects the whole way they play the game.

Also your recruiting pitches are FAR too high.

Could someone do a UAH Chargers team please? I know they don't have a team but would love to see one...they are in the GSC for everything but football...no team...could someone do them? Here is there athletic website. You could just make them a cupcake team with auto-named rosters and make up a jersey based on the log of their website. here it is: http://www.uahchargers.com/index.aspx

I'll look into the awareness stats, hard 2 get them and other stats okay and have the overall right.

What recruiting pitches are high???

UNA Academics offers more than 60 majors, Alabama’s only four-year degree in culinary arts and master’s degrees in over five fields of study. UNA was the 1st major four year college to offer a major in commercial music.

Coach Prestige maybe a little overrated, but Coach Wallace has been coaching since 1976. Head coach of UNA with record of 82–36–1 in 10 seasons and 3 consecutive DII Championship in '93,'94,and '95. He sent 12 players to the NFL, including Ronald McKinnon the only defensive play to win the Harlon Hill Trophy. Was the head coach of Temple from '98-'05 with 12 players selected to the All Big East team and 2 All-Americans.

Pro Factory-http://www.roarlions.com/Lion_Sports...n_the_pros.htm there's a list that hasn't been updated since '09.

Program Tradition-27 consecutive weeks at #1 is the longest stretch in NCAA football at any level. 8 conference titles and 3 National Championships. All Time record of 375-235-16 winning percentage of .612. The DII Harlon Hill Trophy, basically the DII Heisman, is named after former Lions player Harlon Hill.

Awareness matters so much in the game. I recommend you follow the scale I posted for sure... The other things you raise pretty much are worthless minus awareness. If you have a high route running and 40 awareness it basically offsets so its better to have like 70 route running and 70 awareness and he wont be a good route runner at all or know how to catch the ball. Low awareness=dumb player. Your speed for every player is also very high. 90 is seriously like 4.5 and higher speed. Its crazy fast.

Im not trying to downgrade your team AT ALL. Im just offering you suggestions on how to improve it and how to make it playable in the game.

I understand what ur saying. I've played multiple games with them and they play fine. Like I said I can look into that's no problem. Its not like every player has 90+ speed. In fact 90 is as high as I went. Your acting like all DII players are slow. I have my fastest WRs set at 89. The GVSU team that Wilson did has players at 92 and 91, along with a 89 LB. Just sayin....

I didnt catch that on his team, The speed isnt as big of a factor as the awareness.. You wont notice the awareness problem until you actually play against them.

I might start some NE-10 teams if other people would get into it too. I went to Assumption College and think it would be cool to have an OD with D2 conferences and maybe some D3 or non-scholarship FCS. (probably a topic for another forum)
Training started Thursday for NE-10 schools and I'll work on some soon.
