Conference changes for 2013-2014?

Does anybody have the list of schools that are moving in real life? So far I know:

Boise St. > Big East
Texas St. > C-USA

NE Patriots | NY Yankees | FSU Seminoles | UCLA Bruins | Liverpool FC |

Currently in Console: FIFA 13

Syracuse and Pitt are moving to ACC. I believe, North Texas will be going to C-USA.
NCAA: Virginia Cavaliers
MLB: Tampa Bay Rays, Washington Nationals
NFL: Washington Redskins
NHL: Washington Capitals

I think some of these schools have officially already moved, and it is reflected in the game. That being said, Navy to the big east in 2015
