Leaderboards broken?

I'm 9-2 and still level 1. I've played .500 teams, 6-3, 7-2 guys... I get 1 point per win, in fully completed games without a disconnect? Other guys are 1-0 and have more points. What am I doing wrong? I played with less skilled teams, on the road, and still got 1 point! (I got 12 or so in my 1st game and nothing since...well, 1)

See several others with this issue. EA telling people to clear their cache lol. It's obviously not working. Sad. I only play online so I guess I won't buy after all.

It Probably because they will likely reset after release

That would be a first for them. Less incentive to buy for online oriented gamers. Madden didn't reset...

2 more wins, 1 point each. Nice job EA. Looks like 10% of people online are accruing skill points at a bugged rate, roughly 10% of the normal. I only play online and won't buy until this is addressed. Crazy that a non issue for 10 years pops up now lol

agreed. i beat number 1 on xbox earlier (now number 4 arcog) and i gained 4 points. Right now im sitting at 10-8 at 433 skill points while my friends is 0-5 with 438 skill points. hopefully skill points will be reset when the actual game comes out and fine tuned.

I don't think they would reset one while keeping the other. Anyways I remember one year they reset the leader boards on release day. I was upset because I had gotten the game early and had a good record. I just wanna know if the are resetting them or not. I emailed EA to ask them but haven't gotten a response yet.

when i look on my leaderboards page i see that it says my average oppment level is zero. i think is whats causing the issue, the server thinking we are losing and beat level zeros hence the unfavorable point ratio.
