Does anyone else have trouble playing in Conf. USA after the realignment?

Since the Mountain West and Conference USA decided to merge and since NCAA doesn't allow u to abolish conferences it makes it kind of difficult to play with teams from these conferences if they want to make it completely accurate.

I mean u can still play with 8 teams in Conf. USA, but I just wish that the game would allow u merge these 2 conferences.

Anyone else find it difficult to get over this?

I find it difficult to get over it actually happening in real life.

I'm all for making the game as authentic as possible but this is one of those rare occasions where I wouldn't even bother trying to replicate it. It's also one of the few times I actually feel sorry for EA, I'm sure when they set the framework for conference realignment that they didn't expect to be trolled by C-USA/Mountain West.

If you are a WAC or Sun Belt fan, yes. I am not so no issues here. Haha

What I mean is they get used to fill the defunct MWC.

What I did is made C-USA defunct and filled it with MAC schools, called it MAC East. Had the MAC West stayed in the MAC, moved the eight C-USA schools to the "CUSA" part of the MWC (higher prestige, I know it doesn't seem like it but I have a hard time giving 7 1-2* schools a B prestige conference)

The Sun Belt usually stays intact for me, maybe it's because I am not a fan of the current WAC or the MAC, so I just let them be the ones I gut. Maybe it's because of the fun I had with Sun Belt dynasties in NCAA 2011

The WAC only has five members left excluding TSU/UTSA, so I'd move four Sun Belts to C-USA. The MAC stays intact because it needs to keep a title game.

This. Plus, being from Ohio I have a certain fondness for the MAC. Haha. I move the MWC to CUSA though. It makes sense due to the name and the teams being all over the map.

I am currently playing an offline dynasty as the DC at Tulane. I'm thinking about doing this for the next season. Has anyone else tried this?

Mountain West Conference (Mountain West and C-USA divisions)

Air Force	East Carolina
Colorado St	Marshall
Fresno St	Rice
Hawaii	Southern Miss
Nevada	Tulane
New Mexico	Tulsa
UNLV	UAB
Wyoming	UTEP

Has anyone successfully done this? I get nervous with 16-team conferences because of all the scheduling bugs that were reported last summer. I'm hoping this will work!

Also: I definitely agree with moving the Sun Belt teams to the old C-USA (Ark St, North Texas, ULL, ULM to the new "Sun Belt West"). It would be nice if EA allowed us to delete conferences, though.

That is how we set up CUSA. I had no issues with the scheduling that I can recall.
