Advancing dynasty problem. Any fix?

We were in week 7 of our current season and we both won our game. I advanced the season to the next week and when it finished uploading my friend had lost. Is there any way to correct this once the season has advanced a week? Any suggestions?

Only thing you can do really is save the dynasty offline every time you advance and then if it sims his game, retire that, convert the offline dynasty online, and have him replay.

A dynasty I'm in had the same problem. We use created schools and there are three teams. The commish's results were correct, and me and another guys were cleared. No recruiting took place, and our games were simmed (both resulting in losses). There was nothing we could do to reverse it. Luckily, its only happnened once

I keep hearing urban legends as to how this happens. I'm the commish of a small dynasty with 4 friends. I have told all of them to not save the dynasty to their hard drives, and I don't either. So far no problems. Has anyone figured out any steps to cause/avoid it?

This can happen if the upload/download process fails for whatever reasons. There are no steps to avoid it, but the commish saving the dynasty as backup before advancing is the best way to protect it from happening. Basically what happens is the upload of the dynasty fails, and the games are simulated as if they weren't played.
