Coach Mode

How do you set up coach mode?

Do you go cpu vs cpu? Or just call the plays and let the computer run them?

I do cpu vs cpu and just do the recruiting, depth charts and stuff.

I've been told "true" coach mode is when you call the plays and let the cpu run them.
