Most of my seasons have had the traditional powers up there, but Boise did make the National Championship game as the only undefeated team and knocked off USC.

Not really a Cinderella team, but in year 3 of my dynasty, Boise State made it to the NC, 12 - 0, #1 in Offense and Defense. Their closest game was a 10 point win to a 9-4 school. The next closest game was over 20 points. They just dominated (and they really didn't have too many great players).
Needless to say, I beat them 52-0 in the NC. Their defense played awesome for the first half, then I just destroyed them in 2nd half. Their quarterback (who was 2nd in the Heisman to my running back), threw 5 INTs.

I got Florida International into the national championship game in 2015, after Alabama and NC State (the previous #1 and #2) lost in their conference championship game, and FIU was #3. They went 12-0 and upset Texas and Florida. FIU had a QB with 99 speed, but he was awful in the pocket, so two QB's spilt time for the FIU Panthers, and they beat Virginia Tech in the NC, 27-19. Then next season I got invited to replace Vanderbilt in the SEC. I took it and went 9-3 and was ranked #21. Not as good, but still better than where they are at right now.

In my current OD I'm actually the Cinderella with Miami. I took over them midway through the '10 season and finished 7-6. I didn't have a user game so know one really didn't know how I played and if I sucked or not.
My first user game was against the reigning champs Florida. This dude won 22 straight games before I took my Canes to the Swamp. Long story short I beat him 29-28 and have been rolling since. The season is still going on and my current status is in my sig. And also six of my 10 games have come against top 25 teams, lol.
Edit: I know this not really a "Cinderella" team but no one in my OD thought I'd have a chance.

I'm still playing 09 as Miami. In year 2, I went undefeated, faced Wake Forest who was also undefeated (we were #1 and #2 respectively). We ended up winning the ACC, and then off to the national championship to face the also undefeated... Minnesota Golden Gophers.

Boise State beat Miami in the BCS title game in Season 3 of my dynasty. The other BCS title games have been Tennessee (me) over Florida, Ohio State over Notre Dame and Tennessee (me again) over Oklahoma. Cal and Wisconsin are 1-2 right now (I'm third).
Rutgers and South Florida have both been in the Top 5.
In 2013, I'm 5-0 in the SEC. Vanderbilt is right there with me at 5-0. The Dores are 6-2 overall but unranked.

In my 4th year of a dynasty ... Week 11 ... North Carolina is #1, Notre Dame is #2, and Utah is #3, TCU is #5, and Washington is #6 ... all undefeated.
I was #3, but Utah beat a 3-5 team, and I beat a 7-1 team 42-0, and they somehow leapfrogged me.
So far in 3 years, there has always been only 2 undefeated teams at the end of the season (my team and another).

I was #3 Virginia Tech, playing Clemson in ACC Championship, and I got upset in double overtime, they was 8-5 and unranked. I dropped to 11th and have to play Auburn in the Chic-Fil-A bowl. National Championship is Florida vs Oregon, Florida the only unbeaten team left in the country. Central michigan (lost 1 game against Bowling Green) finished #4 and won their conference championship. I play them first game of the season next season, should be interesting matchup!
