EA Locker problem

Every time I get someone's gamertag to download named rosters, it never works. It says it downloads, but after, the rosters are all the same as they were before. can someone help?

You need to load the rosters in file management.

I deleted my whole save file for NCAA 10 and since then I haven't had to dl my rosters anymore, it does it automatically. I'm not complaining since I always forgot to dl the rosters before I played a game.
