2# Patch Information ?

This is a nice bit of info to here... Im to the point were the progression getting fixed is whatever, but the other little random bugs should be fixed.

Well so much for todays update, I have a feeling it will matter little in the long run anyway. EA would need 5 patches to fix this all of the things wrong in this game. I have a feeling next years game will introduce a whole new rash of problems, I will be interested to see if we have the -45 yard drive summary for 5 straight years. When we continue to see these same basic errors for years on end its obvious the people calling the shots of this games production could careless. I mean the option pitch is counted as a pass play, good gosh EA come on how does that one get by, or not become a priority to fix before release? I have know doubt that the writing is on the wall here, I will never buy this product again.

Well I guess since this was your last post regarding NCAA football Steve, it was a pleasure and at times amusing experience for me to read your posts. I wish you the best as you move on to something bigger and better in life.

Adam thanks for keeping us up to date with as much information as you can. Sometimes people forget we all work from someone. We can't just wave a magical wand over things. What we can do is to continue to learn, correct, and improve things each and every time that we do something. EA imo is doing this year in and year out and that much is appreciated.

Not necessarily...obviously if you are a few years in, the 'high' progression would still have the players rated a little too high, but from then on it would be changed.

It was similar with college hoops 2k8...I think it was that players were coming in rated too high (or too many 5 stars, dont remember) so within a few years with progression there were a lot of 90+ rated teams. I updated in the middle of the dynasty and it worked fine. I was 2 years in so there were already a bunch of higher rated players from the first 2 seasons, but after that the change was in effect.

Yeah. The patch has been completed and is off for certification through central EA and MS/Sony. I'm going to be on vacation next week so I won't know when we release patch notes unless it is today.
