EA Actually Does Presentation (with proof)

From a recent EA blog:

Why let them get this far ahead of you?

I'm not positive, but I don't think this has much to do with NCAA.

If all you wanted to do was complain, surely you didn't need a new thread. There's enough of them lying around here as it is.

Re: EA Actually Does Presentation (with proof)

The NBA Live franchise has been around since the early 90s. They've had an extra decade to fine tune game play and move on to presentation. Plus, I'd say it's infinately easier to mess with presentation for 30 NBA teams than do it for 120 NCAA football teams. Quit complaining. Go back to NCAA 98, then pop back in NCAA 09 and look at the huge progress.

They had and extra decade to fine tune gameplay??????
So Live 10 is a game layered from live 96 gameplay????
And why make an excuse for the lack of presentation for any team in NCAA? 30 or 120 who cares there can be dozens of little additions of some aspect of presentation. Maybe even refs....

Anyway, no need to tell someone to stop complaining after 1 post.

Of course it has nothing to do with NCAA, but neither does Madden and we make constant comparisons to that game all the time.

The only thing to note here is that if the NCAA team paid this much attention to presentation as the Live team appears to be doing this year, then NCAA could take a major step forward in it's franchise considering presentation is hands down the one thing that appears to be nonexistant in NCAA right now.

Re: EA Actually Does Presentation (with proof)

I like seeing things like this. Doesn't give the NCAA team an excuse when it comes to presentation.

Madden looks like they killed presentation this year. Live looks like they are making a conscious effort to step it up. NHL has been on track and are improving. FIFA is gaining, and probably passing PES when it comes to presentation.

Now it's completely on the NCAA team. It amazes me that we don't see any post game interaction after a game. It amazes me that we don't see any presentation when you win a bowl game or NC.
