DE Contain?

Ok Im Playing Guys Online An What Is Going On With DE Contain? I Mean Its Unblockable! Can Someone Tell Me How To Stop It! For People Just Do That The Whole Game Sometimes Its Really Cheap If Ya Ask Me!

Well I don't scramble slot even with ohio state I mean he has his
DE just coming right threw evertytime but it's probly a nano blitz or somethin

Is the guy running way outside with his lineman then rushing around the line at you?

I've read something somewhere else on this. You play a 3-2-6 contain and pinch the line and be sure to loop tackle or audible the tackle to a straight blitz. For whatever reason, it confuses the linemen (much like taking one of the interior linemen off the line and having the OL watch the Mike LB fly through) and you're toast with anything more than a 2 step drop. If you're running contain/pinch all game and the other guy isn't running outside the tackles w/ his qb all day long...that's some cheese.

I've noticed that when I run any DE contain, when the ball is snapped, my DEs run outside and then go straight to where the QB is at.

So if the QB is still in the pocket, go at him.

While this may not seem like a bad thing at first, I've started to notice recently that this causes the OL that is supposed to block them to turn around and go somewhere else... which almost always leaves both DEs a wide open lane to the QB.

Wow This Game Came Out Last Week An Now They Basically Have A Nano Blitz (Kinda) C'mon What Happended To The Good Old Days!

Also When I Ran Up The Middle For He Was Containing His DT (3-2-6 Defense) Played A QB Spy An I Could Run It Up The GUT! When Is There Ever Gonna Be A Sports Game When People Play "FAIR"

I am having this exact same issue when playing with Florida.

What I did was switch to the Penn State offense and ran a lot of twin TE sets but it wasn't that helpful. My offense has been shut down when my buddy uses the DE contain on every play.
