NCAA 10 Playbook Search Tool Now Available
You can use this tool to find playbooks in the game meeting criteria you select.

It won't let me run the program it says that it is 'failing to initialize properly".

Make sure you have XP (SP1 or better) or newer. Also, make sure you have the .Net 2.0 framework installed. Go to Windows Update and look under Optional Components.

Start Menu -> All Programs -> Windows Update or Microsoft Update.

When that comes up, go to the Optional Components section.
