Team Builder Code Invalid

used the code on the back of the instruction manual. is this the correct code?

if so whats the problem?

Same thing happened to me. Then I went to type it back in and it told me the code had already been used. Not sure what to do now.

did you capitalize and use dashes. if not it probably messed it up.

I did as well. Did anyone manage to figure anything out? I feel like we're in the minority here as not many people seem to be having problems with it. I can't find any info anywhere as to what the problem is.

I have been in the same boat since last week, see my original post about getting screwed over. I knew I was not going to be the only one with this problem. This is getting to be ridiculous, rosters, teambuilder, sliders all screwed up.
