Is this one of those cheeser only play with teams with a fast quarterback and try to run out the pocket the whole game kinda guys? The type that will sub-in the second or third string quarterback if he is faster.

Never said that. This fourm is about the video game. He is probably the fastest quarterback and if not the second fastest in the video game.

I would not even have him in the Top 5. He is not as fast, as everybody give's him credit for.
