In practice mode. Running a HB screen with Arizona vs Rutgers, both even teams, on Heisman. I am having the defense do a basic 4-3 man, cover 2. The d-line doesnt really pay attention to the HB slipping out to the flat. They keep pursuing the QB even though the o-line is setting up to the flats to block. The LB's, however do seem to keep their eyes on the HB until the play is over. [Reply]

That's good news. It seems as though 8/10 times I ran a screen in the demo (not so much in 09 but it still happened) that the end on the screen side would stand straight up and stay with the HB the whole time. Kinda like they knew it was a screen the whole time. And my line wouldn't block them. But that's good news up there. Thanks for doing that for me man. [Reply]

So it seems as though there are these problems:

1. Too many injuries as wittnessed in the demo

2. No pass rush which is flatout amazing :-)

3. Interception fest is back in force

4. The AI still can't run the ball effectively

5. Uh the sliders

Now about that first patch [Reply]

pretty much correct except for #4. When I played against USC, they ran the ball 20 times for 133 yds on me. Heisman, default sliders, 4 min qtrs. Might depend on what team you play with and against. I was using UCLA [Reply]

Well I know it is one game, but that is good news with default sliders. Did the AI have many 5 or 6 yard gains or a 60 + run to get that YPC? [Reply]

actually it was pretty legit. They had a few runs of 10-20 yds but no huge breakaway runs though. about to be done with another game, USC (me) vs FLA on 5 min Heisman, INT slider at 0 for both. Will post stats in a few [Reply]
