What Position Do You Use on Defense?

Just wanted to know what position people play on defense. I have read that a lot of users like to use the DL. Quite frankly the DL controls are so poor that I would be bored out of my skull if I played there all the time. I might play as a DL 0-5 times a game. I suck defending the pass so I typically use a LB.

As for me, I tend to play the MLB or whoever is sitting in a little yellow hook zone in the middle of the defense. That's how I get a lot of my interceptions.

It depends on the game situation and what the CPU is using to tear me up. If the CPU is using the run to rape me, I use an outside linebacker with good speed. If the CPU QB is passing for a bunch of yards, I use one of the safeties (usually one that is in deep zone), to take away the big passes. Most of the time I play the linebacker.

MLB exclusivly. The is nothing better that playing the run and making the solo tackle as the MLB.

I started out playing DL, but couldn't do much because of how '09 is. played as the MLB after that. recently went back to playing ad a DL/DE because with me playing as the LB, it made things worse in my pass coverage.
