Agree 100% for the XBOX/PS2 versions that have been getting love around here lately. IMO, 07 and 08's JTS and overdone momentum ruin the games for me after I get used to the timing and CPU tendencies. The CPU turns into a hopeless idiot if you take control momentum-wise in those games (and in NCAA 07 on the 360 for that matter) and will virtually hand the game over to you on a silver platter via turnovers and bad decision making. Sliders do help, but don't cure the problems.
I haven't played the PS3 version of 09, but 08 is a pretty solid game post patch - still a bit too many pick 6's for my taste (ie, me doing the picking of the CPU), even on heisman with INTs at zero, but not everyone has these issues from what I've read here.
