Update

Now im sure its not a patch but i put in NCAA and downloaded an update
Any idea what it is

if your on 360, and you have played other games(between 3-5 i think) since the last time you played NCAA, or you cleared the cache on the hard drive, it'll re-download the updates. the title updates on 360 are not permanent.
