I lost the Heisman how??!!?

My Stats:
13-0 #1 Poll to Poll
BCS National Champs
228 Att.
1903 Rush Yrds
8.3 YPC
146.4 YPG
41 TD's

22 Rec.
353 Yards Rec.
16 YPR
1 Rec TD

Won the Walker & Maxwell awards
Broke the All-Time Rush TD record
Broke the Oregon record for Rush Yards

The Winner from Fla (who I just beat in the NC game)
254 Att.
1577 Rush Yards
6.2 YPC
112.6 YPG
18 Rush TDs

35 Rec
544 Rec yards
15.5 YPR
6 Rec Tds

He had a little more Rec. yards, but he also played in 1 more game due to the SEC Champ Game and I still out statted him by a wide margin. I was 1st in the race until the SEC game where he had a whopping 7 rushes for 28 yards no TD and ZERO catches, yet somehow that propelled him over me?

Gotta love this game... :rolleyes

Not sure how it is on next gen but on the OG version Heisman voting was completely random; you could reload and get a different winner.

I also experienced some craziness with the Heisman. During McCoy's Junior Year I had the most rushing years and most rushing TD's but I didnt even make the list. The thing is I won the Walker Award for best RB, but couldnt figure out why I got snubbed on the chance to win the Heisman.

Its Quite simple really He played in a tougher Conference and most likely played against better opponents. that probably was taken into account.

Your Conference has nothing to do with who win the Heisman. The Heisman is an Award given to the most outstanding player in collegiate football. Technically a 1-AA player could even win the Heisman but Im pretty sure that will never happen.

i know what it is but when u speak hiesman a player in 1-aa could put up the same numbers as a player in the acc and im sure the player in acc will recieve more votes because he did it against better competition.

I think the game takes class into account as well. (Sr > Jr > So > Fr)

Don't even get me started on this. In our Online Dynasty, Javon Ringer finished with 40+ Total TD's. He won the Maxwell, the Walker, and was 1st team all-NCAA. He lost to the FSU running back who had roughly half the stats and was 2nd team all-NCAA.

I think they love Florida colleges in this game.

The funny thing is ive never won the Heisman with a SR. The first time I won it was with McCoy during his SO year in my OD. The 2nd time I won it was with a True FR QB that I recruited in year 6 of my offline dynasty.
