Best Recruit Ever!

Just signed a 6'4 179 lb tailback that's an 84 out of the gate. Give em a year, then get the hell out of his way!

& a 3 star reciever with 99 SPD & ACC. He's a 78 OVR!!! Probably won't develop too well b/c it's almost all physical talent, but we'll see. & btw, the CPU went out a targeted this demon for me... I just reeled him in LATE LATE LATE into the recruiting process. (1st time I ever talked to him was the offseason)

Yeah I signed a 6'1 244 pound ATH that became a 80 overall RB with 96 speed. I redshirted him. He and my 5 star 6'2 225 pound RB also with 96 speed that I signed in the same class should pair up well. (redshirted him too)

Did the same thing when I got my guy, except my big back's speed was a bit lower. Anyway, they were awesome together. I should have 5 H.S. All-American RBs on roster at the beginning of next season.


Funny thing is, honestly... with the sliders all the way up basically running the ball is somewhat a thing of the past. The CPU's tacle slider is at 100 & I've brokwn 3 tackle since I turned it up. 3. So... I don't even really have much to do with the backs except return kicks & right now my 3 star speedster is on that so...

Alright...so I just finished my recruiting class at Kansas State. Here are the more impressive recruits that I was able to land:

QB (Freshman): 81 OVR, 90 SPD, 90 THP, 79 THA. Imagine this guy in Madden after he spends 4 years at KSU!!! This is the best SPD rating that I've seen thus far.

HB (Freshman): 86 OVR, 98 SPD, 99 ACC. I also had another 5 Star HB Recruit, but he is only 86 OVR, 93 SPD and 89 ACC.

WR (Freshman): 88 OVR, 99 SPD, 98 ACC. This is easily my best recruit thus far in my Dynasty. I am in Year 3...heading into Year 4. AND...I also grabbed a 4-Star with 99 SPD and 98 ACC. His OVR, though, is only 76.

CB (Freshman): 85 OVR, 95 SPD. This guy was a kid I recruited as an ATH. He was also rated as a 83 OVR WR, but I decided to put him at CB. He is now # 1 on my Depth Chart.

Well, these are my best recruits this year. I end up signing 23 kids in total (13 *****, 7 **** and 3 ***). I also had a kid transfer that was a 81 OVR Redshirt Freshman.

Dude, why do you seem suprised? & who the hell redshirts a guy that's that good??? Now you're only going to get 2 years out of him on the field before you're wasting recruiting points BEGGING him to stay in the off season. lol

That's a lot of freakish atheletes in 1 class so more power to you for snagging them.

I was surprised because even though he's a 91, he's not one of the 3 best guys on my team. He is having a great year though. He's leading the race for the Thorpe award right now.

Also, I'm not sure why you think I redshirted him, but I didn't. He's a true FR.

Just wanted to say that I LOVE these "best recruit ever" threads.

A. It gives me renewed hope that there are prospects like that out there.
B. And what's better than landing a STUD? Nothing.
