NCAA Football 09 Patch #1 Available

Hey bucksfan its not sony's fault its ea's. They put this piece of crap out in the first place knowing all that was wrong with it. Then screw up the patch for ps3 and sony told them, now there servers went down whats next , ATTENTION WE HAVE LOST THE PATCH FOR PS3 AND OUR COMPUTER HAVE FRIED AND DESTROYED ALL OF OUR MEMORY FOR THE GAME.

yeah, this sh!t is getting old really quick! At this point I am saying to hell with this game, the lack of patch #1 and #2 shows me as a CONSUMER that companies are willing to send garbage out and be satisfied. To have an entire month go by and still have CONSUMERS sitting on their thumbs waiting day in and day out for something that should not be an issue is poor business practice. If this would happen at normal companies, peoples arses would fine themselves in the unemployment line.

What we have done is purchased a car with no friggin wheels!

I appreciate you EA guys that have come on here to explain, but damn the only news I wanna hear is that the lack luster team who tested this game has been fired and blackballed from ever testing a game again!

Yes EA is at fault too..moreso than Sony. But Sony had that patch for how long then finally found a problem with the patch as well?

340 this is the only game that I look forward to coming out every year. My collection of games include college football, uh college football and oh yeah college football since they started making it and I bought call of duty 4 . Im just not into fighting games or really that much else, heck I dont even like madden that much. I'm just a die hard college football fan and I have always loved this game.

Nah man, don't apologize or sugarcoat your opinion. I've turned into a full fleged NCAA hater after all that we were told about this game, and then getting it in the condition that it's actually in. Then, not only that, but now the fact that they arent going to fix this stuff that so many people complained about. The fact is, for one play on this game you might enjoy, then another 5 plays that make you want to throw your controller.

Most people love this game so much(and I understand), that they blindly defend this games issues, and say, "well games arent perfect" My issue with this is, EA can advertise this game with 110 teams, and accidentally leave out 50 of them, and people would still say, "Well it's not that big-a-deal, I never played with any of those teams anyway. Just enjoy the teams that are left in the game."

I'm sorry, but I take issue with stuff like that. Companies charging people for a product should be held to some type of standard

i'm the same way. I am more that way with all sports games, but NCAA is the only one i buy on (or before) the release date on a yearly basis. And it is definitely disappointing that the improvements have not been as drastic as you'd expect on a next gen system. The graphics are great, although players look retarded while running, but i enjoyed the gameplay of say 04 infinitely more than this. With those games, you could sit down and play a season in two days and it wouldnt get old, and I dont find this years or last years game to have the same addicting qualities. But one thing I do like about this years game is that aside from the obvious gameplay issues, the atmosphere in each stadium is great, especially if you do add custom stadium sounds for some. I feel like each game is intense and its exciting to play road games and look at the graphics in the stadiums, I just wish the gameplay and player movements were as good as the graphics.

Very excited for this season, and really confident. We have a heck of a team coming back next season. Hopefully we can win the NC and quiet some of the naysayers, and hopefully IF we win it all its against an SEC team.

Our recruiting class is downright sick right now. And we are looking to add 3-4 more top recruits before its all said and done. We lead for Jamaal Berry the HB out of Florida, atleast the last i heard we did.

Yeah berry is down right sick, but so is Trent Richardson I just hope we can hold on to him. He's a HB out of florida also.
