I'm not really that much of a Georgia Force fan - I've only seen 3 AFL games, none of which involved the Force. I picked the logo more as a symbolic reference. The first AFL game on PS2 was my first project at EA back when I was in QA and I picked the Force as my "favorite team" based on Ricky Parker's awesome intro videos.

They have know about the cpu not being able to run the ball for over 12 years but have done nothing about that, why would this or anything ea says they do surprise you? Why do you think they won't address the running game? I played a developer once online and all those at ea knew about it for years put he said that most people cared more about the cpu passing game and that they had NEVER really thought about addressing it even though they know the cpu has NEVER been able to run the ball. Nothing has changed, I can know longer believe ANYTHING they say. The fact that some are still surprised by some of the things ea does is what the surprise is to me. What does it take. How many years have we ask for in game saves?

agreed. I really could care less about this patch. If this game is even fixable via the 2nd patch, I'm not playing it nor starting a season/dynasty until it's playable on the field.

I just want to thank you guys (CDowns430 & OMT) for your many updates. I was harsh with my criticism earlier, but my frustration got the best of me. Hopefully we'll get the patch tonight or Monday at the latest, but at least with your updates, its not a total guessing game. THANKS GUYS!

Patch 2 yeah, I could care less about this one. I'm in my fourth season and am having fun with it with zero porblems. I could see how your pissed off, but this patch is not as critical as the seconded is going to be.

OK, so it doesn't look like the patch will make it out tonight, but I've been told that Sony is going to work through the weekend to get this out ASAP.
