Wow. Where to begin?

The safeties in that video are virtually the same speed as the HBs. They are also 2 of the best safeties in the game. They are also not LBs.

Moreno is 94 SPD, Harris (the impact FS that's guarding him) is 92 SPD, which is freaking indicated on the video.

They are not user-controlled, as I controlled the offense to pass the ball. I used a second controller to set up the play, but did not control with it.

Why do we continue to beat a dead horse here? Guys whats done is done. No amount of complaining, bitching, criticizing is going to change what is and isn't in the 2nd patch. Its been submitted to MS/Sony for final approval.

Only thing now is to hope that they address some of our concerns for 2010. But its getting old to try to read info about whats in the 2nd patch and when it might be available and having to sift through posts of people upset about whats not in the 2nd patch and what choices the EA team decided to make.

So I am asking please, let this go. There is nothing to be gained by bashing Adam and the decisions made. None. Your points have been made, your message has gotten across, there is no reason to keep bringing it up over and over.

Its time to move on and try and make the best of what we have.

This game in a nutshell. I get the jones to play it after not playing it for a week b/c of how bad it is, then I pop it in, get about to the 2nd or 3rd quarter, and I'll see something insanely stupid happen, it pisses me off, then I turn the game off; then I remember why I hadn't touched it in over a week before.

This game had a chance to have a hero patch, but instead it won't fix anything really. The bad thing is, if this game was fixed, I would easily buy Madden just so I could have 2 great football games and import draft classes. But as it stands, I'm not buying Madden either b/c of this game.

ok, so i got it wrong with Moreno's speed, and the fact that you were not "user" controlling the DB... HOWEVER, regardless of how "good" you say that free saftey is, and i know about college football, so, i do know that he is good... anyway, regardless of how good a FS is, can you honestly gameplan for him to man cover an HB? I don't think any coach in his right mind would want their FS guarding the other team's HB one on one...

also, you say, that this game is unplayable, and that it is terrible? I personally think this is the best effort from EA since the next gen systems have been out. If you compare this years game, to last years game, its not even close. I understand that every game has its issues, but, i don't feel like there are any game killing or dynasty killing issues with this game. i know your entitled to your own opinion, but, i don't think that your reasons behind your opinion merit such a bold statement like "this game is unplayable"...

Yes, they do. Who do you think they assign to be on man coverage against the HB in real life?

Amen. This isn't a bitch about NCAA thread. Heaven forbid you use the Impressions thread or another one of the bash EA threads. Rhombic, you know your stuff but you've gone over the top in your bashing to the point I'm embarrassed. You don't like the game? Fine. Stop playing it then. You've made your point more than enough times. Move on.

1) I have stopped playing it.

2) I only responded again because the producer indicated that the only reason the game turned out the way it did was because of time limitations, when that is flatly untrue.
