Patch 1 and 2 Info

I don't have Xbox Live at the moment. Now one of my friends who lives close by has it. My question is, how can I get the patch onto my hard drive using my friend's xbox live service at their house?

Take your Xbox to his house and sign up for a silver account there. Do you not have internet at your house? I'm not sure if I would mess with bringing your hard drive over there... I don't think these hard drives are plug and play.

Yeah. I need to talk to Craig about his patch notes which is what I posted. Actually, he needs to trim them down because the patch note file is too big! But that is confusing. I'll try to explain better...

So what we did was set it so you could hear stadium sounds for the home stadium as the visiting team (does that make sense? I think that is what you are asking). So if I take a team to UCF, I can hear the zombie nation song they play while playing as the away team.

The problem was that once this was implemented, the ALL feature would play for the home team when you were an away team. So if I set ALL touchdowns to some song, if I were the away team they would play when I was scored ON. We changed this so it will only play when the user is the home team. If you are going to set a global touchdown song, you probably want it for YOUR touchdowns right? That was the thinking.

This is great news and I'm really happy the team at Tiburon confronted these issues head on. I know it takes time away from 2010 and some cash out of your budget with that said I am very very pleased, satisfied, and I say thank you.



Now with that out of the way is anything being done to fix the pass rush issue?

Is the 3-3-5 glitch going to be fixed with patch #2?

Can you explain the reasoning behind not touching the pass rush in this patch?

See if you can clarify this. So im im FSU, and i have my fight song set to play when i score a TD, i will hear it when im playing at Doak (FSU stadium) when i score, thats how it was initially set up. Now here is the question(s) 1) When i go play at the Swamp as FSU, when i score, will i hear the song i have set up (my version of fight song)? 2) Can i set up songs for UF (im still FSU) and hear their songs when they score, or on 3rd down?

What we are hoping for is that i can set up all the ACC teams, so when i go play at Va Tech, i hear Metallica (even though im the away team, i want their stadium to sound like their stadium).....make sense?

I guess the easiest way is to say i set up SONG A as my (FSU) TD song and SONG B as UF's song. At Doak, i will hear song A when i score (my song as FSU at home). WHen im at the Swamp (UF). WHen i score, will i hear SONG A? When they score, will i hear SONG B?

ugh, so I gotta take my entire xbox 360 over his house? I don't know if i'll even go through all of that... That means I gotta config my xbox to his internet settings, and go through all of that riff-raff...

There is internet at the house i'm at now but its wireless, which I'm guessing means I gotta get a wireless router for my xbox 360. Which is like $40 or more. I'm not spending extra money like that just to get a patch.

I wish EA would put the patch on some CDs and send them out to people who don't have access to Xbox Live.

I guess I probably won't be getting the patch any time soon, oh well.
