So for the systems that matter, the overall sales actually went up. Many people migrated to PS3 for this installment.
I bet it sold more a few years ago when the PS2 was more prominant. I have a feeling that EA has lost people who were not given enough reason to upgrade from a ps2 to a 360/ps3.

Sheesh, the guy didn't say HE didn't care about quality.

Not to mention, for every one person who will vote with their wallet, there are 10 people who won't.

From a business standpoint, I can't say I'd do anything different. Look what quality and no marketing did for 2k sports. You get the picture. The guys who run the business aspect of EA have their act together.
