Stadium Updates

One thing that has always bothered me: At Iowa games after scores and such in the NCAA series the crowd chants "I-OH-WA" which never gets chanted in real life for Iowa ever. Our chant goes 'I-O-W-A' wich each 1/4 of the stadium shouts their letter in sequence and makes a sign with their arms. I believe the student section gets the 'I', but i forget.

University of Maryland Byrd Stadium renovations / upgrades should be finished by the beginning of this season.. and will it be called Chevy Chase Bank Field @ Byrd Stadium?? i know it sucks.. but hey.. go figure..

That looks pretty sharp. I look forward to seeing it in person when the Hokies are up there this season.

Does anybody else think it's a little ridiculous we can't have every FBS school's stadium? How many years have they had to do this?

I'll buy this game used, but I refuse to buy a new copy of a game that slacks because of no competition.

A little data about East Carolina's crowd color. My brother attends there and is a huge fan, he was angry about NCAA 09 and how the crowd is prodominantly yellow. In real life, the crowd is Largley purple. SO switch the 09 and make it a purple crowd.

Hey OMT,

I think I may have asked this before (if so I apologize)... but do you know if the Washington Huskies field will be updated?

If you would like I can provide a link to the field design on GoHuskies.com.... basically they are replacing the field and they will have Gold endzones with Purple writing (same font as before).
