Re: Stadium Updates

Just a little correction for Camp Randall

http://fp.scea.com///Content/Movies/...s/11/image.jpg

The away section is incorrect. It should be in the end sections of the upper deck.

Also, the players who have their number retired have their name and number on the facade on the upper deck. These are not in the game, but maybe they can't because of NCAA rules?

Another thing. The light-brownish track around the field should be more of a white than what it is now. You could also move the North side stands closer to the field by about 8 feet.

Re: Stadium Updates

Ohio State Stadium update...

The "track and field" red rubberized surface around the whole field is now gray. It was painted before the spring game and was changed due to the fact that people complained with the new field turf that no more gray existed on the field at all. It actually gives a nice contrast to the field that has the red endzones and such.

Long story short, just change the red around the field surface to gray.

Re: Stadium Updates

One other thing about UNC's stadium. The edges of the upper deck on both sides are now carolina blue and list our bowl appearances and honored numbers. We no longer have the jerseys on the edges like in the game.

you can see it in these pictures

UAB's Legion Field

The south-side upper deck was removed some time ago, but was still in 2008.

Also, the end zone seats are no longer used, and instead have large banners covering them.

Just quoting to make sure it wasn't skipped.

Re: Stadium Updates

Here are a few Ole Miss pics of things that need to be addressed:

The players entrance in the south endzone:

LED video ribbons on both the press box and the rebel club:

The national championship and SEC championship banners on the South Endzone:

Also, in this picture, you can see the endzones have graphics on the walls, in the game they are just grey. I will see if i can get a better picture of them. Thanks for doing this. We are also getting a huge HD jumbotron. It will be ready for the first game. I will get you a pic then.

Yeah the good thing is the tunnel and HD board will be on the game next year. I gave him those pics a while back. But yeah I was going to let him know about our banners and stadium ribbons. Thanks for posting that.

Re: Stadium Updates

Ok, a couple things...

1. Michigan Stadium's renovation (although it should be done by 2010, is there any way you could take the renderings and make them the new look for the next game?)
2. Rentschler Field in East Hartford CT for the UConn Huskies has the city skyline of Hartford in the wrong endzone. It is on the side located behind the student section..not the more open side with the scoreboards and whatnot. Also, all around the stadium in the lower bowl, below the upper deck there are usually people standing watching the game (not in the stands but under the overhang). Lastly, the north and south endzones have parking lots behind them that wrap around behind the press box side. Everything else was spot on!!
3. UConn has signed an agreement with Notre Dame (or in the very least is close to, although I believe it was made official) to play over the next 10 or so years. out of the 6 games or so that they will play, 3 are at ND, 1 at the Meadowlands (UC is the "home" team), 1 at Foxboro (UC is the "home" team) and 1 at Rentschler Field.

I highly doubt that will be in future games.
