Uniform Updates

Ok, here is the thread that I have been dreading since I joined the board. Now that the game is out, please let me know of any uniform inaccuracies that are in there. Also, if you are aware of any new uniforms that we didn't get in the game, post them here.

This does not include equipment. Just Helmet, Jersey, Pants, Socks, and Shoes. As far as facemasks, only color. Not facemask type. Also please keep suggestions in the wishlist thread.

Known Issues:


A. New Uniforms
(1) UAB
(2) Minnesota
(3) UNLV
(4) Virginia Tech
(5) Kentucky
(6) Washington State will be switching to Nike after the season and getting new uniforms. Will need advance uniform designs, as they will still be wearing the old uniforms during the 2008 season.
(7) Houston – May be switching to Nike and getting new uniforms
(8) Arkansas - May be getting new uniforms

B. Uniform Updates
(1) On Arizona navy jerseys, “Arizona” on the back across the stripe should be white
(2) Indiana is adding two big stripes to the helmet
(3) Olemiss – Shoulder stripes are still wrong
(4) Northwestern – Wrong color facemask
(5) Oklahoma State – helmet logo shouldn’t have black background
(6) Michigan – Facemask should be blue like the helmet
(7) Notre Dame – Fix the number font
(8) Oklahoma – “Sooners” across the chest is way too small. Check helmet color and correct.
(9) Iowa – Numbers should be white on home uniform
(10) Texas A&M - Colors are too red, should be maroon. Pant stripes are wrong. Add silver pants. Check number outlines.
(11) USF - Check game photos from this season to determine differences from the mocks of the new UA uniforms

1st....I've seen alot of complaints about Texas A&M Maroon being Crimson. Its too light & there pants are the wrong color. They have grey pants with maroon & white stripes

Also Texas wears white shoes not black....

Oklahoma's helmets are not the right color. They were correct in the 2008 version.

It's like it's a faded red this year.

As far as Texas shoes... don't they wear black at home, or did they stop doing that?

They went back to white a couple of years ago...They sometimes wear black on back on the roads, but most of the time its white with low cut whites for home & away...

With regards to Texas A&M:

The Aggies have 4 main uniforms...

1: Maroon top with white pants (maroon outer stripes and gray inner stripe). In the game the inner stripe is white instead of gray.



2: White top with maroon pants (white outer stripes with gray inner stripe). I believe in the game the inner stripe is maroon.



3: White top with white pants (This is not in the game at all and they are GREAT looking in real life).



4: Maroon top with gray pants (Also not in the game)



They wore all 4 of these jerseys at least once last season.

The shade of maroon is also a little off (though not terribly noticable) and the gray outline around the names/numbers isnt very visible or not there, cant tell.

While there's nothing wrong with Louisville's uniforms just need to have the all reds, red top/black pants, and white top/black pants. On a side note those all blacks look so damned sweet on the game.

Arkansas will be getting new uniforms this season. But they have not been released yet.

USF has new Under Armour unis. They havent revealed the home unis yet but they have shown the road ones. You guys didnt do a terrible job on them.

But....

Road uniforms- are suppose to be green pants and a white top not white on white. They are suppose to have numbers on their shoulders not their sleeves. The big east logo is suppose to be green, and the lines on the front of the jersey near the neck are suppose to be gold not green..
