Here's a classic from my fault. Stellar defensive play.

All the CPU does all game is throw short passes - no matter the situation.
And if it's not completing them (which it is at an 80% rate vs. me so far), it's throwing INTs or the occasional drop.
The LB went right to cover the RB who broke in then out. In the game's "mind" he was doing the right thing. But in real football he should've been strafing and keeping his eyes on both the man entering his zone and the QB.

Yeah, this is getting ridiculous now.

LOL, it's like watching the 1919 world series. Maybe the db was getting paid under the table?

How does that not look bad?
I don't blame you guys for having hope, but AuburnAlumni is right. This is inexcusable.
I, too, feel like Bart Simpson in the Kamp Krusty episode hoping that Krusty will come to Kamp. But I'm losing hope.

Watch the video again.

I'm not excusing it, just saying the guy isn't running away from the qb, he's running to the RB. Like I wrote, seems like a player's awareness rating has little to do with if he is fooled by play action, specially if it happens all the time.

Hey Auburn,

Now this sounds silly because making the game challenging on Varsity is usually impossible.
But.. Try a game on varsity with all human offensive sliders at zero and CPU defensive sliders at 100.
Surly they didn't make the QB's on varsity level as super accurate or all the kiddies out there would never win a game? I'm a big fan of defense being in the south and a SEC junkie, so this is all very disappointing to me. Also why not have QB ACC at zero no matter the level? Do they start throwing too many Ints or something?

Thanks

I was looking at the Dline the first time.

Please don't confuse me with someone who is easily impressed.

Everyone sits here and complains about an AI where it depends on what play you call and play defense better, and stop complaining about online every year.

1-800-COMCAST

It's that much faster.

On the right side of the screen there is a button that says "Share", click that it gives you the code to embed.

Dumb Defensive AI is a game killer. I will not play this game for any real length of time if this crap continues.
I didn't see #37 slowing down to allow him to catch it...

#37 stopping seems to be after the tackle has started...this was tweaked for Madden after the gang tackle challenge thing. Hoping that fix will get rolled back into NCAA for the patch.

The QB Acc slider has a significant effect on the distance a QB can throw, so with QB Acc at 0 all quarterbacks would have the arm strength of a five-year-old Chad Pennington.
