countryboy im glad you like it as well...i view you as one of the most creditible (sp?) people here on OS...just as with The Show i feel like i will get an honest opinion from you...so im glad you like the game so it will probably mean i will like it as well.

I am really enjoying the game as well. Some slider adjustments have really helped as of late. I've had 3 games in a row that just felt right. Two were close wins and another was a blowout (OSU vs Northern Illinois). The kick coverage problem is kind of a big deal to me but it turns out sliders are starting to really help out the other aspects.

I really don't see the unrealistic stats in dynasty at all. Last years rushing leader in my game had 1700 yards.

I am not enjoying it so much right now. I am down 14-0 to FIU due to 2 turnovers. I threw a pick and then hit the wrong button to cover up the ball and press the hurdle button and Powell got flipped and hit and he lost the ball.

FIU has scored 14 points and their offense hasn't even stepped on the field.


Thats alright, I've got a drive going right now to settle the nerves and get us back in the game. Bolen just ripped off a beautiful 27 yard gain, as he hit the hole, stiff armed a LB, and then made a break for the sideline. Unfortunately, he's slow. If that had been Powell, it would've been 14-7 right now.

WOW!!! FIU! really lol wow...but hey sounds like some games will be unexpectly tough thats good to hear

it's not always they have great completion %'s...but the majority of the time...the hokies for example were like about 50% or so completion %

This game is worlds better than 08. When I had to play yesterday at the NCAA 08 tournament it really hit home for me just how bad 08 is compared to 09. This game def. does have it's own set of dirty little issues but they are not as bad as 08 IMO. This year's issues are more tolerable for sure because the game is addictively fun, unlike last year.

I've made 2 costly errors. I just scored on a 7 yd TD pass from Cantwell to Guy. The animation was sick. Guy fake a post route and then went to the pylon and Cantwell laid it up there for him.

14-7.

That's a little more refreshing. I still play 08 and learned to live with the TO issues over time and if this years is better out of the box I might lean towards getting it opening day.

I'm still torn though.
