Ice skating? That's a first as I've never read anyone use that to describe NCAA next-gen. Current gen, maybe.

Players have more weight and momentum in "next-gen" on the PS3 than they do compared to the current gen version of the game on XBox/PS2.

Yeah, this is getting ridiculous now.

If Adam will give me a straight, honest answer, and assure me that some work was put into fixing this issue again, I'll forget I ever played the awful demo, and buy the game on July 15th. I need reassurance is all, that's how bad the demo came off as, to me, at least.

Don't you find it odd that you are the only one complaining about a turnover problem. As many people voice their opinion on the board you are the lone person complaining about too many turnovers. As to the CPU not scoring points if you consider yourself advanced as I'm sure you do then this shouldn't be a shock to you. The game is on Varsity so what do you expect the CPU to do. Just rent the game and see for yourself. Its just that easy.

I completely disagree. Players had more weight and momentum on the PS2 version and it was better than the PS3 '08 or '09 demo imo.

We could only do so much on the cut scenes. We went with cheerleaders over sideline cut scenes because we felt they contributed to the college feel more than players. We didn't ignore the sidelines... we made sure to improve them a lot including new tech that allows us to populate them more. Maybe the bench doesn't react perfectly, but you cannot say it isn't 10 times better than 08.
I really, really mean no disrespect, but are you serious?

I really don't like the feel of this demo, the animations get wonky even in pre-snap movements. The tackling system seems more like that of NCAA 2002 from PS2 (if not NCAA 99).

I ran Power Option with Beanie Wells 4 times and scored 4 TDs... Not that I mind having my Buckeyes dominate LSU, but that is ridiculous.

I hope the animations and such in Madden are better than this. I am glad I go the NCAA demo only because I saved myself $60.

This is an impressions board not a complaint board. If I never got a chance to play the demo I couldn't rely on this thread cuz all I am reading is complaints.

I'm not seeing as many turnovers as last year. I really like how they toned it down alot. The only two INT's i have seen from the CPU was a tipped ball, and pass into double coverage.

Like the game. But can't we seriously scrap the mascot game. seems this space and time of the EA staff could be put to much better use. Like team entrances, better sideline reaction, or a coaching carousel. I played one mascot game this year after not playing a single one since probably 05. I won't play another one for another 5 years I'm sure so why is it still in there. Maybe I'm totally alone on this one but I doubt it.

Bobble catches and tipped interceptions are bloody amazing.
I'm not 100% sure but try running towards some teammates or pressing the triangle button.
