Since they usually don't get facemasks in until they are out of style, maybe they will add some of the new ones.

This seems to be the trendy facemask of skill players this year.

Also, like someone else said, high socks option in the uniform selection screen. Some teams have pro sock options, but it's useless when they only show up on guys with high socks.

Different glove colors. I've seen plenty of players with Nike Vapor Jet gloves that have the inside be the primary color instead of the outside. Right now all the gloves have the primary color around the "V" on the glove, if you could make the "V" a color it would be cool.

Add team color socks with adjustable lengths (both primary and secondary team colors and Low, Medium, High )
Add Mouthpieces back in to the game. (Black White Team)
Add the team color spat or shoe tape
More Neck Roles
Be able to pick your equipment for different environments (rain snow ect) (for example, If its cold have your players where long sleeves, If warm have your player were no sleeves)
Add Eye Black, Eye Tape and Nose Tape into the game

Put logos on socks (and TC) and gloves, and more brands than just nike

Perhaps this has been mentioned as some point before, but getting the REVO Speed 2 Bar facemask, like the one below. Tons of QBs and WRs in both college FB and the NFL wear them
