I'm personally very picky when it comes to NCAA football games because its my favorite sport and video game but here are just some of the things I'd like to see in NCAA Football 13:

Player personalization:
. eye black, body type/shape, more facial, hair options, tattoos (not paid for with memorabilia), deeper hometown, high school history options
. more detailed ratings such as leadership, composure, poise, clutchness, etc.]

Uniforms:
. ability to downlaod current Nike Pro-Combat/ special game-specific uniforms to stay up to date, ability in dynasty to create new uniforms every couple of years or every year if you'd like, more shoe, glove, and wrist/ ankle tape options, MORE REALISTIC HELMETS AND PADDING!!!-DNA helmets facemasks in real life are much sleeker and more realistic than in game and new AirXP helmets have different facemasks than standard ex, the three bar running back facemask is much higher in real life, covering more of the face, padding should be more sculpted to the body of the player, tight sleeves only expose armpit on o-line, regular sleeves tighter, more form fitting, loose sleeves as some QBs wear, shirts tucked, untucked, pants should be above knees, under armour sock leggings worn in cold games underneath socks

Gameplay Improvement:
.add different comentary teams like Brent Musburger, Urban Meyer, Todd Blackledge, Rece Davis, etc.., forward progress, ENDZONE AND BIG PLAY CELEBRATIONS including excessive celebration penalty, band plays more than one or two fight songs, rain, storm delays, games played at nuetral sites in dynasty mode, player/coach suspensions, NCAA sanctions, players uniforms get dirty as game goes on, quarterback throwing motions, more realistic running motion/juke moves, more realistic catching, o-line moves pocket along with quarterback, coaches get mad, excited depending on plays, rivalry games more intense, chippy, rivalry trophies, post game interviews, celebrations for important games, more realistic crowds, crowd storms field after big win, addition of College Gameday/ halftime updates/highlights from other games, more realistic injuries ex. injury history/ repeated injury, less frequent minor injuries throughout game like bruised ribs, spasms etc., Spring Games, depth chart position battles, more detailed practices including weekly gameplan, pre-game practices, walk-throughs, just everything that is the paganrtry, excitement, and beauty of college football

Some RTG ideas:
Don't make it where the offense in college does whatever thing your not involved in. I.E. your a WR but your team runs 75% of the time.
-Don't make defensive players, especially corners and Safeties, so reliant on stats. If as a CB I only get thrown at twice and I mostly cover deep routes so I never am involved in plays, should not get me such a low rating.

So many things can be improved in NCAA Football 13..

1) It doesn't seem likely that LB's jump so high and sometimes intercept passes with one hand while trying to throw a post route. Just because gameplay is on heisman shouldn't mean that every CPU defender is all of a sudden super athletic. I have the best team/players on the game in my dynasty. When I play on heisman I still win, but I get passed on for 400+ sometimes over 500 yards! I just don't see how a 77 ovr WR can literally out run and catch a ball over my 97 ovr CB, even on heisman level. If I'm not controlling the CB then that shouldn't happen so often.

2) More player editing options - hair (like Clay Matthews), improve dreads, body size (esp. in the legs)

3) Stadium Crowd is weak!!

4) No commentary on games that aren't primetime. If I have a dynasty with MTSU and we're playing North Texas, that game would never be on TV. Ps2 had this feature.

5) No more default ankle socks please!!

6) Stop making it so easy for DT and DE to chase down RB/WR. Again, just because it's on heisman doesn't mean everyone is fast now. It should just be harder to break the line of scrimmage, but after that it's off to the races against the LB's and DB's.

7) WR awareness. Too many times I run a drag route and the WR is wide open and it just hits him in the head. It's a perfectly thrown ball right to him, but 30% of the time it drills him in the head.

8) Bigger play ability for 95+ ovr WR. QB's throw into single and double coverage if they have confidence or a mismatch on defense. I want to see my star 6'4 WR actually jump over 2 weaker DB's and haul in that tough pass. Just look what Calvin Johnson use to do at Georgia Tech, and Dez Bryant last year.

9) The post corner routes seem to never work. IMO it's hard to get guys open on a post corner or deep out route. The DB always jumps the route and knocks it down or picks it off. Again, if I have a stud WR he should be able to juke the DB in one-on-one coverage and free himself in enough time for my QB to make a good pass... Maybe I'm just not that great of a passer?

packages for each position you can buy in rtg also be able to play both sides but that must be something only the elite can do.

It would be nice if i could purchase some packages now so where i can increase my CB jumping ablility. 48 please.

-redo teambuilder (by being able to make the stadium instead of choosing generics and replicas)

-keep improving the gameplay

-make the pride stickers more realistic

-have pre and post game shows to make it feel more realistic

-more equipment

-improve the commentary (im getting tired of hearing the same thing over and over again)

-instead of doing scrimmages as practice be more versatile include things like the oklahoma drills and things like that in road to glory mode

-make the rivalries seem like rivalries

Now, I cannot even fathom what it is like to make a video game, but I do know a little something about PR. NCAA 12 has been a PR nightmare for EA Sports. EA needs to do a better job of releasing a game that everyone can play, with every feature ready to go. Any other game I have played hasn't had a feature of the game entirely inaccessible (ie online dynasty). Having said that, here's my list of must needs:

1) All game modes must be fully ready and playable. No transfer failed's or freezing in 4th QTR of games.

2) This is my personal preference since I really only play one particular game mode; Update Teambuilder! So much more customization is possible, if EA just lets it all hang out on one feature, I'm sure they'd rope some customers back in.

3) Defensive AI. On default everything, AA difficulty, corners should not break on the ball before I even throw it. Sure, if I run a play 5 times in a row, all to the same receiver, then he can make that sort of play. The mind-reader defense is getting a little old. Out routes, comebacks, curls, and even arrows are getting read like an open book before I even press a button. This needs to be addressed, either link plays to awareness/play recognition or find another way.

4) Just quit the pre-game cut scenes that have no effect on the gameplay. Focus on what people are actually wanting to do, which is to play some football. Sure its a good touch, but seeing chief Osceola slam the spear down a dozen times is plenty for me.

5) Equipment updates. Players pull out all the stops, so EA should do the same. Plus, update the dang helmets (and make the REVO Speed actually connect at the top). I know madden has a great helmet selection, even some of the rarest ones like Rawlings NRG Qwantum or Xenith X1 (I've seen Air Force players with the Xenith).

I'm off my soapbox now.

"Off the field" wishlist

1) No transfer failed errors, whatever the cause was.
2) Be able to rename/add/delete conferences.
3) Be able to add/delete teams (be able to add so that it goes up to 130 total or so).
4) Customize all bowl games/tie-ins (maybe even add/delete/rename bowls)
5) Fix the poll logic. The numbers in the BCS standings make no sense. The #3 team in the BCS shouldn't be 0.997, that number is only possible for the #1 team.
6) 85 man rosters
7) Medical redshirts
8) Dynamic conference prestige
9) Dynamic rivalries. Rivalries die if you don't play a team for 5-10 years, new rivalries form if you play a team several years in a row and play good games.
10) AD mode. Recruiting, training, budgets. Be able to schedule nonconference games years in advance, have home and home contracts, neutral site games, etc.

I have more but this distills my non on the field changes. The option to put in a playoff won't be allowed by the NCAA so I won't ask for it.

Love this game..... people are asking for crazy things like players tattoos.... all ask for is to bring back being asked to to join a conference instead of u realigning the conference, and be able to upgrade your school facilities including the stadium and bring back players discipline.
