Request for a stadium sound

I'm looking for a sound from the GT band or any band that they play on 3rd downs. I don't know the name of it, but it gets louder and louder and louder before the band stops before the ball is snapped. Does anyone have this, or even know what the hell I'm talking about?

ps I saw it on youtube one time performed by a high school band but I can't find the link. Apparently, most bands do play this but I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.
