Question about song length?

I've not tried this feature out yet but I'm wondering how long the songs play? For example, if I transfer a song from my pc to my PS3 and select it to be used for kickoffs, how long does the song play during the game? Will it stop once the kickoff is over or will it continue playing until the song finishes? Once again, this feature is totally new to me and I've not tried it yet so I have no idea how it works. Thanks.

30 seconds, and they fade after the play starts.
