help Please

So I burn all of my MP3s to be used for the stadium sounds to a disc and then I try to RIP them onto the 360 only almost all of them see to fail at the end of the song and I get the red ghost busters symbol and it doesn't get ripped over. I am clueless as to why this is happening. When I actually try to listen to one on the 360 it seems that its getting cut off short (early) for some reason and it gives me the ghost buster then too. Can anyone help me?

Are you burning the CDs as Audio CDs?
