Ripping cd to 360 harddrive ?

When I rip my cd-rw to my 360 harddrive all the status bars on the right of the tracks being ripped end up with a blocked symbol when their finished.
Anybody know what this means ?

(Ironically im using a Sony cd-rw, but its worked before)

U must save every song to a playlist. So each song has to be it's own playlist, which kinda sucks but that's how u will be able to upload your songs onto the game.
