Can anyone sum up the profile situation?

Can anyone sum up/clear up the profile situation with custom stadium sounds?

I have yet to import more than two teams (ND an Washington) worth of stadium sounds. I have not had any problems hearing their sounds, whether I am playing as them or as a visitor in their home stadium.

speculation....

I think I've been hearing that you can load more than 50 sounds to the game but after the first 50 they must be saved to a seperate profile. Then you made load whomever's profile as you please. I think I heard something about multiple profiles being active at once? I also heard issues with hearing sounds of the home team while playing as a visitor (however I have not experienced any problems with this).

Main reason I am asking is bc I want to start a dynasty with Notre Dame, and I want to have theirs plus the regulars on their schedule's stadium sounds. (ie Michigan, Michigan st., USC, etc) Can I not do this?

Thanks for any comments

Re: Can anyone sum up the profile situation?

I'll give this a shot.

Activate the profile that contains the customs sounds you would like to hear. You will hear these songs of the home team at their stadium whether you are playing as them or not. At the team select screen you can choose which profile you would like to play as. Only question now is where do achievments and such save to? The active profile or the one being used for playing the game with (if different)

You also have to go through and edit settings and all for each profile so that when you activate it you are not diverted back to default settings.

Not sure what I would be doing wrong but I do not hear home team sounds unless I am playing as the home team. Gonna try to check again, but I keep thinking I'm doing something wrong in the setup. I only have one user profile too.

Re: Can anyone sum up the profile situation?

Yeah, I definately hear the home team sounds when i am playing as the away team. Couple of examples:

1. Created sounds for ND and Washington. Only one profile created and saved at this point. Go to play now. Set Was as home team and I play as ND, away. The whole game I hear all of the sounds I set for Was (all 22 situations are set)

2. I create a new profile as an experiment. My other profile is the ND and Was one. This one I only make a sound for TD and it is for Air Force. I make this (Air Force Profile) be the active profile. Now I go to play now and have Air Force be at home. I am playing as Army, away. I even switch the user to my original ND-Was profile on the team select screen. (note-I have kept the Air Force profle as active. In game I allow Air Force to run back the opening kickoff for a TD and the sound is heard.

can anyone confirm if you create a profile and add team sounds for home games doesn't need to add the sliders as they are saved in the dynasty file right?
