Quick question about "Official" threads at top

Are the first posts of "the official ___ ___ stadium sounds" threads being updated when quality files are found and shared?

I want to start a dynasty with Notre Dame. I have the sounds for them. I'd like to get some of their rivals sounds (ie Michigan, Mich st. USC, etc). But when I go to the official Big Ten Stadium Sounds thread, Michigan has nothing. Is that what that first post is meant for or are there files scattered all through the thread?

Would it be too hard for the person who created the thread to snap those links on the first post? Just for the sake of organization.
