*Official Big 10 Stadium Sounds Thread*

Hey all,

I just wanted to let you know that I will be doing a little bit of maintenance on my University of Michigan sounds closer to release, because it appears that a few of the sounds went offline as the year went on. I just want to make sure all of the sounds are available close to release.

Let me know if you have any requests. We introduced a new cheer and a few new songs this past season, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to provide those in a format that measures up to the high quality of the sounds I've got up so far.

I went back and checked the links, and it looks like they're all good now. I also added some drum breaks and some additional short parts that would be appropriate for time outs and before the fourth quarter. I'll re-post everything below, for the sake of convenience. Enjoy!

The events where I give multiple songs, you have a choice, so just pick the one you prefer for that event.

And here's Hawaiian War Chant. We don't play it during the game, but if you want to use it anywhere it's here anyway!

I saw that a few people were looking for drum breaks, so I trimmed a few out of longer sections. One of them is the Sing Sang Sung drum break that our drum line performed between the first and second quarters, the other 4 are taken out of our long drum cadence that we march to on our way to the stadium. You can just put these wherever.

(Blue 1 and Blue 2 are the first and second halves of Let's Go Blue. Often, we split them up because we don't have enough time to play all of let's go blue. I split them up here because they're a bit different, and mixing them up might be more interesting than listening to the beginning of the whole cheer over and over.)

I love you for these. It makes the experience playing the game at michigan stadium so much better and a lot like real life (i'm a student at michigan). I have a couple friends in the marching band. I lived in the same hall as them last year.

spam2mapS, it seems that some of the files aren't downloading again!! haha maybe its just my stupid computer. i already downloaded last year, but im getting ready for this year! thanks for all the files.

p.s.- the new drum cadences sound really cool.

I think I recall having a problem with the website the files are on awhile ago where I had to erase my browser's cookies in order to download more files from the site (I use firefox). I think the site puts a cookie in your browser to only allow you to download a certain amount over a certain period of time. Give that a go, and if you still have trouble send me a PM with your specific issue and I'll figure it out.

Edit: Also let me know what files you're having trouble with.

I noticed that also. Most of this is for last years game and the threads are dead.

That's because a lot of these are on free 4shared accounts. And if the owner of the account doesn't go into it at least once every 30 days, it goes inactive, and all the clips get blown away. So 4shared account owners need to either visit their free account at least once every 30 days, or get a paying subscription.
