For OSU kickoffs they play the Sopranos theme with no words. Is it possible somone could find this....would be really sick if you could add the OH-IO in it...would make OSU collection complete.

I just did some of this last night for MSU stuff. There are sites online where you can extract audio from a video (such as from youtube) into an mp3. Works well and is very fast. I was able to pull some good crowd noises and chants and stuff from it.

I also used the audacity.com sound editor to mix some stuff. Works well and is easy to use.

Re: *Official Big 10 Stadium Sounds Thread*

I have a whole Penns State set that I put together last night. All with crowd noise, and pretty good sounding files. A couple of them were edits of songs that Jersey posted in the AA thread, but overall it sounds very good. They are not exactly like they are in real life, I don't think, but I think they sound good for the game's sake and the time allotted to hear the tunes.

Will post them later today.

Ok...here are the stadium sounds I did for Penn State. Now mind you, i compiled my list of songs based on other lists I had seen on this site, and then changed it up so there wouldn't be so much repetitiveness hearing Zombie Nation after every event. Here's a little list of what i have in the folder for PSU (BTW, any time I used a crowd noise in these it is Skyboxers, and I also used the Lion Roar quite a few times from earlier in this thread):

http://www.4shared.com/dir/8444142/4...ate_Files.html

DontstopbelvPSU - Obviously, Journey. Took the actual song, and gave it some stadium gverb in Audacity and put some crowd noise behind it.

Fightonstate - There are 3 versions of this on there. A long verison, my TD version which has about 3 seconds of crowd noise at beginning and then stops at the slowdown, and then the Extra Pt version which picks right back up after the slowdown.

Floating Lions Drill Music - Again, obvious title with added crowd noise.

Hey Baby - The staple PSU 4th quarter song.

Hey song - not greatest quality, credit Jersey for the song. Couldn't find this one anywhere else.

Kickoff Go chant - I put this in there, it sounds good, however, I don't personally use it because I don't like how the game cuts the music off after a score just to play the kickoff music, which in this case is just a chant. I would rather hear the TD music carried out.

LionFanfare and downfield - Obvious.

Livin on a Prayer - Very happy with this one. Took the MP3 and gave it the Audacity GVerb, and then added some youtube audio over top of it of the whole crowd singing along. I personally think it sounds great.

NFOS - Obvious

Penn State Victory - Obvious

Seven Nation Army - Spent about 90 minutes trying to make this sound good from nothing but youtube footage and eventually gave up. Unfortunate, because the band plays this like 10 times a game. still sounds decent, but not great.

Zombie Nation - Good cut with crowd noise and lions roar.

We Are! Penn State! - This is my new defense on 3rd and 4th down music. When I first used it in game, it came in way too loud and took away fromt the experience. So I went back, lengthened it, and made it fade in so it blends more with the existing game crowd noise, and it is awesome.

Hope you guys enjoy these, I think they are pretty decent.

I think I am actually going to enjoy playing with Penn State this year. Normally, I don't because recruiting is WAY easy. Not saying it won't be this year, but after the first season, PSU needs a LOT of help...lots of key seniors graduating...

I think they need to recruit an entire class of WRs

I know the feeling I normally don't play dynasty with Michigan but hearing "Temptation" after 3rd down is just too good to pass up!
