Jistics NCAA Football 12 All American Sliders

I don't post sliders much anymore, but I wanted to post these. Mostly because people are having such a hard time enjoying NCAA 12 but I am able to now that I found settings that work for me. The few of the old school posters may remember that I'm all about striving for numbers that make sense. I don't pretend to be an EA programmer. I don't care what a slider setting is as long as it works. I notice a lot of people posting stats where both the HUM and CPU QB can't hit 50% of their passes. I notice a lot of NFL like scores too. This isn't Madden. So these work for me. They may not work for anyone else as there is no way to make the game perfect for anyone. But if they help anyone then that's all that matters. Enjoy.

I have the speed threshold at 65 which is much different than most sets. Even there you can feel the speed difference between players but at lower levels I think it's TOO much of a difference. Angles don't mean anything at lower settings IMO.

I feel like I've just witnessed Michael Jordan strap on the sneakers and take a few jumpers again.

LOL....This is how you know the game has some serious issues in it's current state.

Whats the idea behind QB accuracy so high, and HUM RBA bumped to 60? Seems most other sliders are just the opposite.

Welcome back. I look forward to trying these this evening. You have always provided the best base set for me.

Hey TJ...long time no see.

Again just to be clear. There is no explanation for any slider setting other than "it works". I would make everything 100 if I felt it played better that way. Doesn't mean it will work for anybody else however.

Thanks, Jistic. These sliders are closer to what I've tweaked mine to. I'll have to post mine later. Finally getting closer to enjoying the game.

By comparison:

Gameplay

Skill.........................All-American
Injuries.....................On
Fatigue.....................On
Quarter Length...........8 minutes (but I am leaning towards going to 9)
Play Clock..................On
Game Speed...............Normal
Speed Threshold..........30
HFA Effect..................On
Ice the Kicker..............On

QB Acc 65/65
Pass Blk 60/50
WR Catch 60/55
RB Ability 55/55
Run Blocking 55/55
Pass Coverage 45/45
Pass Rush 40/40
Int 40/40
Rush Defense 50/50
Tackling 55/55
FG Power 45/45
FG Acc 50/50
Punt Power 40/40
Punt Acc 50/50
KO Power 45/45

Penalties are all at default except Pass Interference is set at 60

If these don't last long I can see myself leaning towards the changes Jistic made. I like pass completion percentages between 55-65%, rushing yds per carry between 3.5-5.0, punting averages between 40-45, and kickoffs that go within inside the 10, with some leading to touchbacks.

Re: Jistics NCAA Football 12 All American Sliders

I like, I like, I like. Just played two and a half quarters before the game froze while I was mounting a comeback. Pitt 17, Syracuse 7. Playing a better team in their house, I'm sticking to the run and short passing game. Feels very smooth. I can't run to the outside, but I may be too strong going inside. Thanks for the work.
