QB doesn't lead WR on heisman..

Just one of many gripes I have with Heisman. How can I fix this? Up User's QB Accuracy? Decrease CPU Awareness? Both?

I was gonna try HFL's sliders, but I am not the best user player (i can only user pick if the CB is in the perfect position). Should I try them anyways?

I mean, All American was good for awhile, but now I am just slightly too good for it. I wish there was somethin in between the slightly easily, but fairly realistic IMO All American and the rediculous ripp off heisman level.

thanks.

its hard to say...the qb doesn't really lead anyone unless your feet are completely set for a second or two and then you have to be in perfect unison with the receiver. For instance, your running a drag route to the left, and you take a 3 step drop, wait for him to get open, and press the L analog stick to the left and press the correlating pass button with somewhat authority(not a lob, but not a bullet). For those fly routes, its really gotta be a 1,2,3 throw to lead them. But, we all know that you can not read a defense in that amount of time and the pass rush always makes you move, so you really cant do it this way. It sounds to me like the passes you want to lead on are the fly routes, so try doing what they do in real life. Make your predetermined read, take your drop and let 'er rip.

Re: QB doesn't lead WR on heisman..

thanks for this, my friend just tried it and it did seem to work. I guess a lot of times I am running in the direction of the WR, so im not steady on two feet.

Any other suggestions/insight?

Other than that, I don't really know how to get an accurate lead on receivers. If rolling out, try leading the underneath routes (TEs, drag routes, etc.)...when rolling out, you really have to hit receivers in rythm to lead them. One play I use a lot that really allows you to do this is the play that sets the outside receiver in motion, who then runs a slant in curl. The TE runs a flat route and the slot receiver runs a flag route. You time it right, and you can lead the slot receiver, depending on the coverage. If not, you have the TE in the flat, and the motion receiver curled in the middle. This play is out of the single back slot over, from both under center and in the shotgun.
Other than that, try timing. Like I said, the fly routes can be open if you take a quick three step throw, set your feet, and lauch. You can usually catch the receiver in stride between the CB and S. I suggest practicing this play over and over. You'll catch the rythm and be able to do it in live play.
