how come playmakers is not around anymore?

I played a game last night using these in my Mich dynasty. I beat Toledo 38-10 in the rain. I don't remember all of the stats but we both had over 300 yards of offense and there back actually ran for over 100 yards. Both our QBs had 1 pick each. I did like the overall feel with these, I was only up 10-3 at the half, but then in the 2nd half my receivers made a couple of big plays to break the game open.

I am going to keep plug-in away at these because I haven't found a set where the CPU can have a consistent offense from game to game.

I tried the Varsity set last night

Florida vs LSU (me)

They beat me 35-21. Great game, Tebow passed all over me and even had a big 30+ yard scamper. PLUS He only threw 1 pick........AMEN!!!!!

It was one of the first games with a slider set that felt challenging but also realistic.

i'm going to give varisty another shot as i also feel it can play some decent games with a realistic feeling to it.

sliders on varsity after putting them through a 6 game trial definetly felt fluid and not cheeeeesy at all by the cpu.

i like a couple things that stood out to me cpu can move the ball especially on the ground as 3 rb's went over 100 yd's in those 6 games and the ai qb's only had one game in which they through 3+ picks all other games were 2 picks or less for my defense.



my only beef is my running game at times felt non existent even on varsity, i may increase my running slider up to 40

wow, i play with fistofrage's heisman sliders and these varsity one's are awesome. you can actually run man to man and a lb will stay i with a rb. im running good but i have wisconsin. i must have 5 tackles with my mlb in the 1st quarter. the cpu drive the ball pretty good. all i can say i wow im playing on varsity and the cpu is playing a good game. 7-0 at end of first. clemson on my 2 yard line with 3rd and goal.

The only problem I have with varsity is that it gets too easy after a while for me. AA is just right for my skill level I guess. Even with a team like Baylor (my alma mater) I started to upset a lot of teams and I was rated in the 70s on both sides of the ball.

yep they are pretty good sliders for varsity level really challenging especially if you control a lower rated school.
